Rainforest Zipline and Monkey Island tour at the Gatun Lake

This activity will take place in Gamboa, at the Soberania National. You will embark a small boat at the Gamboa pier, to navigate through the Gatun Lake, one of the most important in the world; an artificial lake where the huge vessels transit the Panama Canal. You will detour into secret waterways to find small islands, monkeys’ favorites. Capuchin, Titi and howler monkeys can be seen jumping on the trees above. Many times, they become curious of the visitors and venture down to take a closer look. You’re also likely to encounter a rich collection of tropical bird life, plus capybaras, iguanas, crocodiles, among other species.

Finally, Enjoy a different view of the Panama Canal and the Chagres River over 1.4 kilometers of extension divided into 10 cables and 13 platforms. As you glide through the trees you will be confronted with an unknown world… and a fascinating perspective of life that you never thought would exist for you.
