Santa Catalina & Coiba Island National Park

2 Nights / 3 Days

DAY 1 Panama city – Santa Catalina.

Departing from Panama City: our bilingual driver will pick you up at your hotel at 7 am. The transfer to Santa Catalina takes less than 6 hours including a short stop to take a snack. On the way, you will see the Wind Power Plant in Penenome, the largest in Central America, you will also watch vast of sugar cane plantations and very small agricultural villages. At the arrival in Santa Catalina you will have lunch and will have the rest of the afternoon to explore the peculiar town.

DAY 2 Snorkeling tour in Coiba National Park.

The tour starts at 8 am after having breakfast at your hotel. From the Santa Catalina Port, you will embark in one of our boats to go to the first snorkeling spot : “Granito de oro” (1 hour away), a small Island with a beautiful white sand beach, surrounded of coral reefs and incredible fauna such as marine turtles, reef sharks and many other tropical fishes. The second place to visit is called Isla Cocos, also blessed by abundant marine fauna and a cozy beach to take a small break. To have lunch you will go to the Ranger Station in Coiba Island. After lunch a few others amazing snorkeling spots are waiting for you, before relaxing in one of the best beaches you will ever visit: “Rancherias”. The tour ends going back to the port at around 4:30 pm.

DAY 3: Santa Catalina – Boquete or Panama City.

Morning free at leisure. After lunch, transfer to Panama City or Boquete according to the case.

**David airport is 4 hours away by car from Santa Catalina, daily flights to Panama and Bocas del Toro are available.**
