A small town which has been emerging as one of Panama’s up-and-coming tourist destinations. It is located in the southeastern corner of the Azuero Peninsula, it is tidy, charming, and friendly. The houses are decorated with some Spanish-colonial architecture.

There are Pacific ocean beaches close to town, they are easy to reach even cycling. Visitors to Pedasí are highly recommended to take a boat trip to the wildlife sanctuary of Isla Iguana where you can do some hiking, whale watching (humpback whale), scuba diving, snorkeling, bird watching, swimming, picnicking and sport fishing. Also, 30 minutes away by car you can find the surf-haven Bay of Playa Venao.
